God loved us so much that He gave us the matchless and greatest blessing of all, Jesus Christ, the God of this World, our friend, our brother, our Master, and our King. His gospel that has been established by Him on this earth helps us get through the latter days. I can promise you that through Jesus Christ, through His Gospel and the Atonement, which is central in the Plan of Salvation, all of our burdens can be light (Matt. 11:28-30). We will be able to pass through our life worthily and clean. The Book of Mormon, another Testament of Christ and Work of God, was meant for us. It is the only book in the entire world that helps us with all our present-day problems. It is our keystone. The blessings we receive as we read it daily, and keep the Commandments which have been given to us, continue to help us through all our troubles and trials in this life. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Word of God. The teachings taught in it, are of Christ the Redeemer and how we may return to Him and receive Life Eternal which is what our Father in Heaven desires to give to us. Our Heavenly Father’s love is divine, and is perfect. The scriptures show us how much He loves us, but even then we cannot comprehend the things God can, for He is perfect. Even so, we must desire to be as He is, or as perfect as our Savior.
I can also testify to you the great difference it makes when you are reading and not reading the scriptures. You can FEEL the difference when you do and do not. Read the Bible and/or Book of Mormon every day. Always invite the family to read with you, and have family home evenings every day. I can promise you that the love of our families will grow, and will grow even more closer to our Father in Heaven. Families are central in His Plan you know. There is nothing else in the entire world that can teach the Gospel better than family in their homes.
We are all disciples of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:19), and when we have charity and love for our fellow men, our brothers and sisters, that we are also doing it unto Him (Matt. 25:40). He loves you so much, and he is the other comforter given to us. The First, is our Savior Jesus Christ, King of Kings, Lord of Lords (1 Tim. 6:15). Our best friend. He knows our thoughts. He knows who we are. We may not see Him, but he is always near you as you continue to follow Him all our days, and after.
I bear witness that the Lord is God. He is our Savior and Redeemer and captain of the ship of our salvation (Hebrews 2:10). All is possible as we have faith in Him and do the will of the Father. Remember that we are all sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father. The Book of Mormon is true and we can know of these things as we continue to exercise our Faith in Him through prayer to God, the Father, and Hope for all things that the impossible can be made possible with God, and have Charity to all our brothers and sisters, our friends. For Charity is the most important of all, as it is the pure love of Christ and “Charity never faileth” (1 Cor. 13:8).
