Good afternoon Brothers and Sisters.
I would say another time, but in Mexico it´s 2:02PM over here and I don´t know if I should say night or morning by the time you read this.
I would like to share an experience with all of you, something that has motivated me to continue to work hard and endure to the end continually in my time here at the MTC, and for when I go onto the field in a week and a half on November 21st.
In my dream, I had been studying the scriptures. I was learning and studying in the Doctrine and Covenents or the Book of Mormon. I do not remember which however. But what I do remember, was reading it, and seeing it with my eyes. I was being taught by someone, but I could not see His face. Around me it was white, and there was only a green desk, one that was definitely from the MTC. I had sat down and started studying the scriptures. I had looked up and saw white. I could only see a hand open, it had been open towards the scriptures, pointing toward it as if He were showing me something that I needed to read.
I looked down, and started reading. It was speaking of “Enduring to the End”. I remember it almost clearly. It had said:
“Behold, he who endureth to the end shall be lifted up in the last day. And it mattereth not what another may think of him, but what he thinketh of himself thinking, “What can I do to serve my Heavenly Father”. And in the end, God shall say, “For he is a True-Israelite!”
The next day, I was still wondering and thinking about the revelation. We had a meeting with the President for a morning devotional. He started to speak of these things about enduring, and referred back to the dream.
We can remember back to Lehi´s Dream, about the Iron Rod, which represented the Word of God, and the Tree of Life, which represented the Love of God.
We must stay firm and strong in our days. There will be some out there who will insult us and for what we believe in. The Iron Rod is a straight and narrow path. But at the end, is the Love of our Heavenly Father. As we hold on, and desire to stay true and continue to do our best, we will be blessed with his love at the end of the day, and in this life. We must remember that. Even when it get´s hard, it is never too late to let go of the iron rod. For that is how much our Heavenly Father loves us, and desire to be like Him.
I would like to bear my testimony that this is true. Our life here on this Earth is to learn to become like our Father in Heaven. And as we follow, and continue to be like our Savior, Jesus Christ, and keep all the commandments which has been given to us, that we may be able live with Them again. Hold firm to our testimonies, and even gain a testimony. Nurture it.
Alma 32: 28-43

42 And because of your diligence and your faith and your patience with the word in nourishing it, that it may take root in you, behold, by and by ye shall pluck the fruit thereof, which is most precious, which is sweet above all that is sweet, and which is white above all that is white, yea, and pure above all that is pure; and ye shall feast upon this fruit even until ye are filled, that ye hunger not, neither shall ye thirst.

43 Then, my brethren, ye shall reap the rewards of your faith, and your diligence, and patience, and long-suffering, waiting for the tree to bring forth fruit unto you.

I promise you all, that at the end of the road, the end of the Iron Rod, awaits the open love and arms of our Heavenly Father, and our Savior Jesus Christ, along with all our loved ones in the Celestial Kingdom of Glory, for I have felt His love so many times in my life, and I wish for others to experience the fruit and the knowledge, and the love, which our Father in Heaven wants. For He loves all of his children, and desires us all to be happy, and be like Him.

And I say these things in the loving name, Jesus the Christ, our redeemer, Amen.
